For value of dispute up to £1m

Full day disputes:

• £1,500 + VAT per party for first 8 hours or part thereof (includes all preparation time and disbursements)
• An additional £150 + VAT per party for every extra hour or part thereof

Half day disputes:

• £950 + VAT per party for first 4 hours or part thereof (includes all preparation time and disbursements)
• An additional £190 + VAT per party for every extra hour or part thereof

Full day disputes:

• £2,000 + VAT per party for first 8 hours or part thereof (includes all preparation time and disbursements)
• An additional £200 + VAT per party for every extra hour or part thereof

Half day disputes:

• £1250 + VAT per party for first 4 hours or part thereof (includes all preparation time and disbursements)
• An additional £250 + VAT per party for every extra hour or part thereof

For disputes of value over £5m

• £2,500 + VAT per party for first 8 hours or part thereof (includes all preparation time and disbursements)
• An additional £250 + VAT per party for every extra hour or part thereof

Half day disputes:
